After completing the Intro to Pole series, we recommend continuing with our VIP membership. In order to see progress, we recommend training ideally 3 times a week, but at least 2 times a week. With our VIP membership you can train multiple times a week at an affordable price, with flexible scheduling options.This membership requires a 3 month minimum commitment includes the following

6-Week Pole 1 Series
($189)
Unable to commit to a membership but are able to attend once a week? Once you have taken our Intro to Pole Series, the next step is our Pole 1 series. This course meets once a week for 6 weeks, each class at 75 minutes in length. This course will build upon what what taught in intro to pole, but will include even more spins, conditioning moves, combinations, floorwork, and also skills to work towards or perfect climbing the pole.
