Wendy Rust instructs the following:
  • Freestyle and Flow Drop-in
  • Learn how to refine dancing and transition skills through exploring different dance and freestyle exercises, while also learning new choreography and floorwork. All levels welcome. At the end of each class all attendees are given the option to perform. Heels/leg warmers are encouraged, but not required.
     
    Prerequisites :  Must have completed our Intro to Pole Series and one round of Level 1 series... or have instructor/owner permission.  This is an all levels class but it is not meant for absolute beginners.   Check out our intro to pole series or taster class if new to pole

  • Pole Level 2-4
  • NOT FOR BEGINNERS Level 2 moves and up will be covered, and then progressed for those who are more advanced. Level 2 moves include, basic invert, inverted crucifix, leg hangs, caterpillar, and advanced moves such as aeysha and handspring may be covered

    Cost $150 for 6 week Series

    Must have obtained owner or instructor permission to attend and pass our Level 2 strength readiness tests

    Cancellation policies:
    All sales are final. Requests for other days and times may be accommodated if received 48 hours or more in advance of series start date. Other days and times are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

    minimum of 3 registrants required for series to run. If minimum is not met, remaining registrants will be notified 24 hours or more in advance, and will receive a full refund.

    2 makes ups classes are allowed if missed class during course. All make ups expire at the end of the series, and are subject to availability.

    All requests for other days and times must be received 48 or more hours ahead of the start date. Other days and times are not guaranteed, and must be within the same course dates as original registration. A $10 administrative fee will be assessed to change day/time registration. Time/day change must be within the same series, and not at at later date, unless due to injury/medical reasons when accompanied with a Dr's note.

  • Intermediate Poleography
  • Int/Adv Class - Instructor permission required or level 2 +

    Poleography expands on our pole classes, blending pole tricks with a myriad of dance styles. The course will give you choreography to build on and teach you how to choreograph your own applause-worthy routines. The series is perfect for polers looking to develop confidence in choreo creation as well as those preparing for competitions or performances.
